NTS Prometal Machining is an independent business unit of the Dutch holding NTS-Group
(www.nts-group.nl). Our company is situated in Slavičín town in the south-eastern part of Zlín region in Czech Republic.
NTS Prometal Machining offers CNC milling, turning, sheet-metal work, finishing including powder-coating and assemblies according to customer’s design and documentation.
Our technological profile is aimed at high mix - low volume inquiries. Very competitive pricing and lead time is our standard. High complexity is our advantage.
NTS Prometal Machining, established in 1997, is built up and managed on West-European standards steadily emphasizing the highest possible quality, flexibility and responsibility.
We have been supplying a lot of multinational OEMs in different industrial branches on the European market. Our typical customer is an international OEM company seeking a subcontractor within machining, sheet-metal work, painting and assemblies on various levels of complex solutions on one site.
More than 90% of the turnover has been exported, mainly to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Scandinavia.
Quality & Certificates
Quality Management is one of the main objectives of our company. As of the year 2002 we have been developing a Quality Management System according to ISO 9001:2000. Conformity and reliability of our system is regularly verified by the prestigious Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance.
